Built on one acre adjacent to North Boulder’s Holiday Neighborhood, Silver Sage is between 28th and Broadway, north of Yarmouth on 16th and Yellow Pine. Silver Sage has sixteen owner-occupied homes and two rentals, organized around a community center and courtyard with internal sidewalks and landscaping.
Our Common House address is 1650 Yellow Pine Avenue. However, the front door of the Common House is kept locked as a security measure, so do not arrive there without making arrangements for someone to meet you.
